So this was a book we certainly were excited to receive and read to which it did not dissapoint.
Kalen is a baseball player who never got picked for major league as he expected so had to stay in college for the summer and make sure his grades were up to standard after falling behind. He is a guy who knows something is missing from his life but doesn't see a guy being that missing link.
Monroe is an openly gay professor who is working over the summer to help students who need to do a retake. He has moved to a new town and after going to a bar on his first night spots Kalen and offers him a night of fun and frolicking, not realising that he is a student of his.
The chemistry between these two characters is palpable and you can feel it from the very first meeting. It takes you on a journey of self discovery with them and you will seriously enjoy every second. I was gripped from the very beginning and couldn't believe it when I turned the final page.
