Let me start of by saying this book is soo fucked up at times I felt like I was the one going crazy and I bloody loved every second of this book. I was hooked.
There are soo many trigger warnings for this book you really need to look them up before reading as this book is jot for the faint hearted.
I don't even know if I can break this book down enough to give you a full explanation as soo much happens and every time you think you have a handle on what could be happening it all gets turned on it's head and you are questioning yourself and what you read.
Luna is a women who looses her son in a car accident and donates his heart. After her sons death she struggles and attempts suicide. Her friends has her committed to the local mental asylum but nothing is as it seems in there and many secrets are hidden within their walls and also the people Luna I close to or are treating her.
Dutch is a magical musician. A piano prodigy whose heart is failing him. When a donor is found and he has his a new heart her can't hear the music he so loves. Instead he hears and see the memories of the man who's heart he now holds. When he tried to rip the heart from him his family have him committed to parklands but like with Luna nothing is as it seems and he needs to find more of the memories to try and uncover the truth but can he.
These two characters are drawn together by the heart of Misha. There are soo many twists and turns this story really draws you in and keeps you captive throughout. I can't believe that cliff hanger. I need more I need to know what happens next. I need the truth.
This book is a true masterpeice. Amazing Monica I can't wait for the next instalment.
