After reading Not A Love Story I was excited to get into finding more out about how Tessa and Jasper's story continued.
This book is set a year later than the first in the This Love series.
Tessa has moved to New York with jasper at her heels, I loved the way in which jasper is portrayed within this story he is so empathetic but he wants home and he craves it without fully admitting it However he wants whatever is best for Tessa and he seems to dote over her.
Tessa is still struggling to come to terms with the death of her brother but along with that she is struggling to come to terms with how she feels about herself as she doesn't feel that she can fully give Jasper exactly what he needs.
I loved seeing how they both developed individually and as a couple. This book really was really emotionally charged and in parts you can literally feel it for yourself. This was a lovely read and I can not wait to read more from J.l.Lennon
