This book is the third book in the Ares Falls Billionaire series and the first of Jax's books that I have read.
Jay and Charisma both work as MMA Buisness and marketing managers but for opposing companies. These two have been competitive against each other since young and are always trying to out do one another.
The history between them is painful for both, as Charismas dad killed Jays mother and then Jay killed CHarismas dad in retaliation for the hurt that had been brought upon him.
The sex scene and chemistry between them is palpable and seriously HOT, which only adds to the brilliance of this book. I was gripped from beginning to end and couldn't put it down. My only critique would be that although the history between them kept you gripped it felt a little rushed in the reveal because all of a sudden it was over sort of thing but it doesn't affect the reading as i still enjoyed the story.
Bring on the next book of Jax's because I certainly cant wait after reading Jays story.
