Wow, this book is amazing if you like mafia books then you really need to get your read on with this book because I can honestly say it’s thrilling. I could not put this book down from start to finish it had me hooked. The characters are fantastic we meet the dark,dangerous and handsome Mafia King Santino Dilusto , the keeper of secrets when he comes to Violetta Morettis family home as she has been ‘Sold’ to him and is to be married to him as payment.
The story follows the aftermath of the wedding and Violetta trying to come to terms with her life being turned upside down and being thrust into the hands of her capture and monster in her eyes. Throughout the story there are flints of sparks between the two of them but because the King is keeping secrets we still don’t yet know what the deal was that was made for Violetta and why she is in danger.
The story is fantastic and I throughly enjoyed reading it I can’t believe it ended on such a cliffhanger and we now have to wait for the next instalment but if the next book is anything like this one it will defiantly be worth the wait.
