This book follows Leo who is a actor and Katja who is a bodyguard just out of the military. These two have a history they were once in a Relationship until katja left Leo via post it note.
When he realises she is back in town he wan to to face her but on facing her can't get all the words he wishes to say out. With her on his mind he takes on more jobs and decides to take part in a cancer charity run. His brother hires him security as he has had a few threats regarding his latest role. What he doesn't know is that his brother has hired his ex and she is to remain hidden.
Katja goes along with adams plan but when Leo is danger she swoops in to save him only causes him to hit his head on a rock and loose the last 2 years of his life which means she is now a stranger to him.
When they jet off to madrid as bodyguard and subject katja keeps her distance but the connection they have is undeniable and one neither can fight but when the truth comes out how will Leo react and can they survive?? Read to find out.
I don't know where to begin with this book. Although it was good book it felt rushed and not written for any purpose. Things felt a little too glossed over for . Their history why it happened and even on make ups it was okay let just move past it. Which felt like we couldn't delve into what actually went on and like we just got a tiny ounce of it.
I felt like I skim read some of this book but towards the last quarter of the book I really got gripped in. Overall it was a good read and a nice introduction to a new author for me.
