Thanks Rebecca and Valentine for sending me a copy to read and review.
Well this book was brilliant. I seriously loved the vulnerability of the characters and the story. I was gripped into finding everything out and couldn't believe it when i reached the end.
Scoring the player follows Felix who is a Quarter back for Valley U. He is the star player and a reputation to follow it. Felix is a kind young man who takes care of the women in his life. he adores his sisters and has a great relationship with them. Although Felix is a very popular young man he got into a relationship with a young woman who was anything but nice. she was faker than fake and a brilliant manipulator. which left Felix needing to be on his own and not having to deal with drama but that was short lived.
Dahlia is the quiet girl of the group until you get to know her. she is a bundle of laughs and an absolutely fantastic designer. She is funny but very self conscious and likes to stay hidden in the back ground. however one conversation with her friends about the sexy Quarterback changes everything and she gets thrust into the limelight of College life.
When these two set out it was just to get everyone to leave them both alone. the best way to kill the gossip to be together and show everyone they didnt care. There are plenty of people out to get them though and the more time they spend together the closer they both feel. miscommunications and gossip galore this book will keep you entranced throughout.
